In the Integrity in Leadership program you will distinguish the source of your results, impacting both your effectiveness and your ineffectiveness. You will create a foundation of Integrity for Leadership for you and for others. Through distinguishing and redefining your boundaries, you will be left responsible for “sourcing” leadership and the results effective leadership produces. This Q-Max Technologies Program will create an expansive and strong foundation of leadership at new levels for the Executive. New expressions Of Leadership will show up in different situations with a more pronounced outcome that unleashes prior limited thinking. This Program will increase an Executive's ability to produce results that impact an organization's effectiveness and meet objectives Set up in performance related scenarios.

Russ Rosa

Russ Rosa is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Q Max Technologies, a Performance Management Consulting Organization that creates innovative methodologies for peak performance outcomes. It is his own entrepreneurial passions that are exemplified in the delivery of these breakthrough systems to the clients and their organizations.

A self-proclaimed entrepreneur who, upon graduating Villanova School of Business, became a successful corporate sales and executive management leader within the communications and technology industry. Seizing the opportunity to harness the passion for building his own business, he aggressively opened his first retail operations with dynamic regional expansion within the first 2 years of opening the business.

As the industry and business climate for “resale” changed abruptly, he quickly realized that what he now learned from his own experience in business that the demand and value of “breakthrough” thinking was integral to an executive’s ability to get past current plateaus of thinking and consistent self propelling success.

With 15 years of legendary coaching that reaches elite academic institutions such as Villanova School of Business (#1 Ranked in 2016), Becker College, and Drexel University, Russ Rosa is better known as the Russ of the Russ + Blake coaching team that has made transformational and lifelong relationships with undergraduate and graduate students excelling at their own careers through the “distinctions and proprietary” programs designed for effective long lasting impact.

Additionally, his coaching acumen at the enterprise and corporate level has touched such distinguished executives from Audi Corporate/Regional Audi Dealerships, Harrah’s, LinkedIn, SAP, Deloitte, Bluefield Medical Center, Mehary Medical School, Christiana Care Hospital
and such entrepreneurial startups as Translator, Assemblage and Rebel Group.

Russ Rosa’s ability to leverage his profession in coaching lead him to be an active member of the Villanova Entrepreneurial Executives (VUAEE) acting as a key advisor for the Entrepreneurial Society and it’s annual Social Entrepreneurial Competition.

Russ’s distinguished thought leadership in transformative coaching techniques has awarded him an invitation to participate at the esteemed Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) based Think Tank on Transformational Thinking.

R. Blake Edmonds

As a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Q Max Technologies, a Performance Management Consulting Organization that creates innovative methodologies for peak performance outcomes. Blake Edmonds is an experienced HR Executive with deep roots in executive recruitment, and a forerunner in the placement of disabled individuals into companies looking to create a diversified and open culture of inclusiveness for their employees.

Driven by performance and creating highly productive teams, Blake successfully managed 6 teams of associate recruiters who built Raymond Karson Associates into an Inc. 500 company and illustrated clearly the impact of successful placement and alignment of talent to position.

At a key executive position at Research Pharmaceutical Services his rapid rise to the Head of Operations allowed him to continue to utilize his visionary and pioneering skills to implement a corporate coaching program and a radical training program that changed the nature of industry turnover from a national statistic of 85% to a company record of just 2% annually with a parallel revenue growth of over 1000% increase in his first year.

Blake Edmonds continued his passion for coaching and executive development through a serendipitous encounter with a CEO of a retail/wholesale client asking for his input and guidance on creating corporate unity and cultural identity. The result led to a 150% increase in the number of satellite locations within 6 months and a 600% increase in revenues over the first 24 months.

The “seed” of creating a business out of “coaching” was born in tandem with Blake’s passion for assisting executives into their next career move. He successfully teamed up with his current partner, Russ Rosa, to create the infamous Russ + Blake coaching team. Blake’s straight forward coaching complements Russ’s more laid back approach to benefit the client with a well-rounded and synergistic method of delivery.
